EduHub provides digital products, including AI courses, e-books, guides, templates, and other digital learning materials.

Because our products are delivered electronically, EduHub does not currently ship physical products.

1. Digital Delivery

After your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital product will be delivered electronically.

Depending on the product, you may receive access through:

• Your EduHub account

• A download link

• Email

• An online course platform

• Another digital delivery method provided at checkout

Digital products are generally made available shortly after successful payment.

2. Delivery Times

Digital products do not require physical shipping.

In most cases, access will be provided automatically or within a short period after your payment has been successfully processed.

If you have completed your purchase but have not received your product or access details, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders before contacting us.

3. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address when placing an order.

We will investigate the issue and, where possible, provide access to the purchased product.

If we are unable to provide the purchased product due to a technical problem on our side, the matter may be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Shipping Fees

There are currently no shipping or delivery fees for EduHub's digital products.

6. Physical Products

EduHub currently does not offer physical products for delivery.

If physical products are offered in the future, this Shipping Policy will be updated to provide information about shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and applicable delivery areas.
